She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isauro Mota and Tomasita Mota; her husband Salvador Fernandez Barrera; her siblings, Elisa Flores, Isauro Mota, Petra Vásquez, Francisco Mota, Daniel Mota, Ruben Mota and Noemi Elguezabal; and her children, Ofilia, Consuelo Perez (Jesus), Salvador Fernandez (Rosantina), Octaviano Fernandez (Carmen), Elva Torres (Juan), Hortencia Reyes (Daniel), Isauro Fernandez (Janie), Yolanda Garza (Jorge) and Fernando Fernandez (Brenda). She was also cherished by 32 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.
