Rangel of Cleburne, TX; his mother Felicitas Rangel of Del Rio; his children, Hervey Rangel Jr. (Maria Rangel) of Del Rio, Javier Rangel (Sheila Rangel) of Comstock, Adrian Rangel (Emily Rangel) of Del Rio, Bianca Gomez of Del Rio, Myra Rangel of Cleburne, Nohely Mejia of Cleburne and Ryan Mejia of Poteet, TX; his grandchildren, A. J., Rayna, Reed, Larissa, Adrian Jr., Marissa, Diego, Isabel, Alexis and Lynnette; and his siblings, Enrique Rangel Jr., Ernestina Ramirez, Arturo Rangel, Lourdes Rangel, Enereida Martinez and Gerardo Rangel. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
