He was predeceased by: his wife Antonia Aguayo; his granddaughter Elizabeth Aguayo; his great grandchildren, Jose B. Sanchez III, Cristos Lopez and Isabella Lopez; and his son-in-law Maurilio P. De La Cerda.
He is survived by: his children, Genaro Aguayo, Cayetano Aguayo, Gerardo Aguayo, Marco Antonio Aguayo, Juanita Lopez, Francisca De La Cerda, Felicitas Aguayo Villegas and Leticia Aguayo Garcia. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
