She was predeceased by: her parents, Braulio Estrada and Dolores Estrada; her husband Francisco T. Castañeda; and her son-in-law Pedro A. Samaniego III. She is survived by: her son Mario Luis Castañeda (Juanita Castañeda); her grandsons, Mario and Michael Castañeda; her daughter Yvette Dolores Samaniego; her grandchildren, Pedro Samaniego and Halle Samaniego; and her great grandchildren, Marty, Mateo, Leslie Barrera, Michael Jaziel, Marjorie Castañeda, Cara and Mia Samaniego.
