He was predeceased by: his parents, Refugio Rosales and Consuelo Chavez. He is survived by: his significant other Maria Rosales; his children, Anastacio Mendez, Randy Rosales and Yvonne Rodriguez; his siblings, Arnulfo Barba, Rosa Elia Borjon and Dolores Arteaga; and his grandchildren, Karyme Rosales, Randy Adan Rosales, Yuridia Rodriguez, Adamari Rodriguez and Mireya Rodriguez.
