She was predeceased by: her son Trini Mata Jr.; her granddaughter Jacqueline Alexis Mata; and her parents, Luisa Saenz and Enrique Saenz. She is survived by: her children, Alvina Silva (Joel Silva), Lionel Mata Sr. (Gilda Mata) and Bertha Juarez (Dagoberto Juarez Sr.); her great grandchildren, Alex Juarez, Dagoberto Jr., Lionel Mata Jr., Erika Esquivel and Edward Jr.; and her siblings, Filiberto Saenz (Nena), Victor Saenz (Leticia), Joe Saenz (Luisa), Josie Saenz Ipina, Henry Saenz (Irene) and Sylvia Gomez (Jorge).
