She was predeceased by: her husband Rodolfo Perez, Sr.; her daughter Julia Perez Gonzalez; her grandson Gerald Gonzalez; her parents, Pedro Villarreal and Julia Villarreal; her siblings, Alicia Flores, Anacleto Villarreal, Jorge Villarreal and Arturo Villarreal; and her son-in-law Javier Santellanes.

She is survived by: her children, Rodolfo Perez Jr. (Berta), Edna Perez Bermudez and Alma Perez Santellanes; her son-in-law Dee Gonzalez; her grandchildren, Hilario Gonzalez, Rodolfo Perez III (Christina), Jorge Perez, Berta Alicia Perez, Gabriel Alejandro Perez, Raul Bermudez Jr. (Isabel), Hector Abel Bermudez, Alma Rojas (Mauricio), Nerissa Winn (John Michael), Yraida Celedon (Raul) and Jerrika Santellanes; her great grandchildren, Eliza Bermudez, Alina Bermudez, Alycia Bermudez, Krew Abel Bermudez, Andrew Jacob Perez, Serena Lynn Perez, Andrew Deharo, Rodolfo Mateo Perez, Gabriel Eduardo Perez, Marina Elena Perez, Liliana Maria Perez, Alyla-Denee Rojas, Nia Celedon and Myla Celedon; and her sister Julia Berain.
