He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Paula Mendoza; his mother Matiana Mendoza; his children, Armando Mendoza, Jr. (Leticia), Jose Luis Mendoza, Arnoldo Mendoza, Isidoro Mendoza (Cristina), Martha Mendoza, Sandra Quiroz (Carlos), Norma Mendoza, Lucila Mendoza Gonzalez (Salvador) and Mayra Mendoza; his brother Francisco Mendoza (Flor); and his great great grandchild Santiago Melendez.
