He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Faz Jr. and Delores Faz Perry; and his brother Gerald Faz. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Faz; his sister Cynthia F. Balboa (Pedro); and his children, Antonio Faz IV (Ninel), Johnny Ray Faz (Karla), Mark Hernandez (Selma), Gerald Ray Faz (Monica), Jessica Marie Stewart (Patrick) and Michael Anthony Faz. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial (2020 N Bedell Ave, Del Rio, TX 78840). A rosary was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (510 Wernett St, Del Rio, TX 78840).
