He was predeceased by: his significant other Lucy Weiss of Del Rio, TX; and his parents, Herbert Weiss and Lydia Weiss. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Weiss of Carrollton, TX and Cindy (Al Mosco); and his brothers, Wallace (Carolyn Weiss), Don (Estell Weiss) and Gerry Weiss.
