He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Reyes and Maria Reyes; his wife Irma Tovar; and his siblings, Matilde Benavides, Manuel Reyes and Rodolfo Reyes.
He is survived by: his children, Adolfo (Lupita), Denise and Belinda; his grandsons, Adolfo (Vanessa), Daniel, Carlos (Abigail), Andrew Portales, Alejandro Portales and Michael; his great grandchildren, Kai Noah and Callen James; and his sisters, Adela Daniel and Teresa Gomez.
