She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred James Shaffer and Ira Lee Shaver; her husband Edwin Earl Clark; her daughter Theresa Jean Clark; and her grandson Kelly Dane Bagwell.
She is survived by: her son Scott Clark; her daughter-in-law Marie Clark; her grandsons, Preston Clark and Casey Bagwell; her brother Don Shaffer (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Alice Clark, Doris Clark and Dorothy McClendon (Robert McClendon). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
