She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Mitchell and Clara Mitchell; her former husband Bobby J. Dodson; and her children, Richard A. Dodson and JoHanna M. Birr.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Dodson (Mary), Kathryn Wall, Timothy Dodson and Jessica Salinas (Rene); her precious Australian Cattle; and her pet Patch. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
