She was predeceased by: her brother Gene Erwin; her stepmother Yvonne Dalton Erwin; and her stepsister Caryl Dalton. She is survived by: her husband Garland Davis of DeKalb; her children, Stacy Deaton (Paul) of Hooks and Greg Davis of Richmond, California; her grandchildren, Corbin McMenamin (Sean), Colt, Garth Deaton, Layla, Caitlin and Addison Davis; her sister-in-law Donna Martin (Dave); and her stepsiblings, Pat Dalton, Joe Dalton, Cathy Dalton Burling (William) and Celia Dalton Youngren (Gary).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Epilepsy Foundation (epilepsy.com) to support research, education, and hope for others navigating similar paths.
