She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Whisenhunt and Hazel Whisenhunt; her former husband Willie Fowler; and her brothers, Windle and Homer Whisenhunt.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil McAllister of DeKalb; and her children, Willie Fowler of Texarkana, David Scott Fowler of Ashdown, James Fowler of New Boston and Annie Rose Springer of Greensburg. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Victory City Cemetery.
