It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Lee Foyt of DeKalb, Texas, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 17, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Terry Foyt; and her parents, Malcolm Stout and Jean Stout. She is survived by: her husband Mitch Hazelbaker of Dekalb; her children, Ricky Lee Woodard of DeKalb and Stephanie; her son-in-law Don Adcock of Texarkana; her brother George Stout of Dekalb; and her grandchildren, Cody Vickers, Clint Vickers, Jessica Vickers, Alisa Woodard and Jeffery Adcock. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
