It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Byron Haddock of DeKalb, Texas, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Haddock and Mary Haddock of Dekalb, TX; his siblings, Alma Lee Walden, Horace Crew Haddock and Mattie Lou Brewer; and his children, James David Haddock, William Lee Columbus, Michael Ray Columbus, Sharon Kay Summers and Carol Sue Nease.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Mae Haddock; and his children, Carlos Edgar Haddock, Johnny Ray Columbus, Nicholas Columbus Jr., Malena Renee Lewis, Carla Ann Brummet, Patsy Columbus, Chihuahua and Pistol. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
