She is survived by: her children, Shirley Durham (Kenny), Michael Crumpton, Robby Crumpton and Chad Crumpton (Shelley); her grandchildren, Amanda Nelson, Kristen Obenoskey, Mitch Durham, McKinley Crumpton, Bradley, Austin Crumpton, Lexie and Travis Crumpton; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Hadley Jo, Maddox, Noah, Rylee, Skylan, Presley, Charlie, Ryker and Carson; and her brother Carl Hicks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
