He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Pearl McCauley; his wife Amy; his father Sanford McCauley; his brothers, Wayne and Bruce McCauley; and his daughter Susan McCauley.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Lisa Duchamp (Robert) of Friendswood, Laura Coombs of Beaumont and Greg McCauley of Deer Park; his grandchildren, Thad Duchamp (Brittney), Matthew Duchamp (Jewel), Lauren Duchamp, Travis Coombs (Heather), Susan Coombs, Katelyn Pilley (Travis) and Keeley Coombs; his close friend Anita Brechtel; his caregivers, John, Emma Garza, Maria Hernandez, Gwen Putney, Lucy Timberlake and Marvina Wolf; and also Rhonda Dobbins. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Hyacinth Catholic Church, Deer Park.
