He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton W. Kelley Sr. and Jewell Kilgore Kelley; and his sister Cecilia Lockhart. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Diane Renich; his children, Chris Kelley, Andrew Kelley (Laura) and Erin Ripley (Eric); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Max, Annalyn Kelley, Elysabeth and Emily Ripley. He is also survived by his wife and children.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the South Main Baptist Church (4300 East Sam Houston Pkwy S, Pasadena, TX 77505). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Grand View Funeral Home & Memorial Park/Bethany Cemetery (8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505).
