Bob Obenberger Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bob Obenberger of Deer Park, Texas, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Obenberger Sr. (Bob) and Gladys Goddard-Obenberger. He is survived by: his sons, Ric Obenberger (Carol) of Deer Park and Aaron Obenberger (Shanna) of Seabrook, Texas.; his girlfriend Charlotte Kendall of Deer Park, Texas; his grandchildren, Taylor White (Logan), Peyton Obenberger, Michelle Victorick, Megan Cathey (Chase), Laney Obenberger and Dane Obenberger; his great grandchildren, Ayden Murphy, Preston Cathey, Harper Cathey and Bexley White; his sister Irene Allen (Craig) of LaPorte, Texas; and his nephews, William Becker and Robert Becker.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of your thoughtful flowers, the family asks that you might donate to either of these charities: The American Macular Degeneration Foundation so that others may win the fight he fought against blindness or The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (a cause for which he grew close from fundraising adventures during his years of motorcycling with the local gold wing riders).
