He is survived by: his wife Joy Bastian of Decatur; his sons, Bob Bastian (Carolyn) and Jimmy Bastian of Decatur; his grandsons, William Bastian (Bonnie), Andrew Bastian, Blake Bastian and Dylan Bastian; and his great grandchild Harlin Bastian.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
