He is survived by: his wife Joan Bennett Martin of Decatur; his son Chancey Martin (Angie Niggemeyer) of Arlington; his stepdaughter Julie Butler (Damon) of Denton; his grandchildren, Peyton and Parker Overton; his great grandchildren, Amelia and Agali Overton; and his siblings, Jeff Martin of Wyoming, Garth Martin (Lori) of Montana, Clark Martin (Jeri) of Wyoming and Kathy Cox of Alaska.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hawkins Funeral Home - Decatur (405 E Main St, Decatur, TX 76234-1513). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
