She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Aline Johnson (Rickett) and Bolivar Johnson; and her husband Tommie Walls. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Castleberry of Roxton, Sandra Owen of Roxton, Charlotte Tipton of Roanoke, Regina Owen Gentry of Suffolk, VA, Kim Mote of Decatur, Loyd Owen of Butler, Frank Owen of Butler and Douglas Walls; and her sisters, Elsie Queen of Amarillo and Peggy Hardin of Denton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; extended family members and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hawkins Funeral Home - Decatur (405 E Main St, Decatur, TX 76234-1513). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Little Elm Cemetery (16600 King Rd, Frisco, TX 75036).
