He is survived by: his sister-in-law Cristy Fuqua of Paradise; his nieces, Kerri Black (Michael Todd), Jessica (Ray Alford) and Mariah Fuqua of Weatherford; and his nephew Jeffrey Ward of Oklahoma. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
