He is survived by: his mother Norene Bailey; his siblings, Lester Bailey and Sherri Durant; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Noboa, Melissa Shannon, Brian Chapman, Johnathan Bailey, Brett Bailey, Lydia Bailey, Kayla Bailey and Megan Merfeld; his children, Jerry and Jennifer; and his stepsons, Michael, Mark, Gregory and Charles Puckett. He is also survived by many other grandchildren, cousins, family and friends.
The family asks that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to Disabled American Veterans or The Terry Scholars Fund.
