He was predeceased by: his mother Lindsey O'Donnell "Pete" (Strickland). He is survived by: his wife Ann Penny of Decatur; his children, Trey Penny of Decatur, Garrett Penny of Chico, Meagan Penny of Decatur and Erin Penny of Decatur; and his siblings, Larry Brock of Decatur and Lavon Martin of Graford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hawkins Funeral Home - Decatur (405 E Main St, Decatur, TX 76234-1513). A rosary will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (1305 S Deer Park Rd, Decatur, TX 76234). A burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at 465 Cemetery Rd, Decatur, TX 76234.
