He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daniel and Ruby Caster (Wall); and his wife Barbara Caster. He is survived by: his sons, Quintin and Donald Caster of Watauga; his stepsons, Troy and Mike Derrick of Kentucky; and his nieces, Laura Martin of Decatur and Erica Hollingsworth of Quinland.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Full Armour Fellowship Church.
