He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna May Latchaw (Deible) and Albert Latchaw. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Latchaw; his daughter Carrie Keeton; his stepchildren, Brandon Cole of Frisco and Ashley Schupp of Woodway; his sister Ellan Young; and his stepmother Shirley Boudreau.
