We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2024, at the age of 80, David E. Fowler of Decatur, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Fowler and Margarete Fowler (Newby) of Fort Worth; his sister Sally Woodward of Fort Worth; his parents-in-law, Bascum Westmoreland of Fort Worth and Sylvia Northrop of Fort Worth; and his brother-in-law Royce Glen Awtry of Red Oak.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Fowler of Decatur; his children, David Allen Fowler of Decatur and Donna Deanne Fowler Ruddick of Alvord; his brother Billy Paul Fowler of Decatur; his sister-in-law Jeanette Vasquez (Victor) of Fort Worth; and his grandchildren, Brittany Foster of Denton, Cassie Skinner of Chico, Sarah Beck of Roanoke and Cheyenne Fennell of Alvord. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
