He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Charles and Dorothy Cleo Riley (DeBorde). He is survived by: his wife Annette Riley of Decatur; his daughters, Saretha Riley of Michigan and Monica Slimp (Johnny) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Cori Flores (David), James Slimp and Zachary Tipton (Mariah); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Travis, Trent, Sara, Kaitlyn, Jeremiah, Josiah, Adalynn and Raegynn; and his brother Hoyt Riley. He is also survived by extended family members and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hawkins Funeral Home - Decatur (405 E Main St, Decatur, TX 76234-1513). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Bethel Cemetery (565 Farm to Market Rd 1810, Decatur, TX 76234).
