He was predeceased by: his parents, James Benjamin and Jane Looney (Anglin); and his daughter Diane Looney. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Nell Looney of Decatur; his daughters, Joy Henry (Lonny) of Decatur and Brenda Kay McMaster (Steve) of Decatur; and his siblings, Delmes Looney of Alvord and Frances Watkins. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, extended family members and a host of friends.
