He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Emerson Beaty and Mabel Stone Beaty; and his niece Heather Davis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jolene Beaty; his daughters, Hanna Giselle Martinez (Isaac Martinez) and Gabrielle Kristine Beaty (Charles Pfalzgraf IV); his sister Gayle Keller; his brother-in-law Auvil Keller; his sister Regina "Reggie" Heaton; his aunt June White; and his grandsons, Truett Yates, Isaac "Isa" Martinez, Mateo Martinez, Charles "Charlie" Pfalzgraf V and Jude Pfalzgraf. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Downs Funeral Home (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorial donations to be made to Parkinson's Foundation or The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
