He is survived by: his wife Isidee "Tincey" Millican of DeBerry; his children, Chris Millican (Tanya) of Beckville, Angela Millican Deskin and Rhonda Walker of Kilgore; his sister-in-law Kaye Millican of Village Mills; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Dalton Millican, Timothy Deskin, Taylor and Jackson Walker.
