He is survived by: his wife Judy Moore of DeBerry; his children, Mark Moore (Dana) of Elysian Fields, Wendy Jarred of Wooster, OH and Tricia Mullins of Smithville, OH; his brother Bob Moore of Wooster, OH; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kyle Hart, Tristen Moore, Ashley, Adam Copely and Danielle Armstrong; and his great grandchildren, Westen, Hanna Hart, Aden, Addison Copely and Declan Armstong. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces.
