It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kitty Milam (DeBerry, Texas), born in San Angelo, Texas, who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Ray "Bill"; and her brother Stephen Ray Milam. She is survived by: her mother Eula Mae Williams Milam; her sons, Bo Risinger (Kathy) of Joaquin and Joshua Frazier (Jeran) of Deadwood; her grandchildren, Bryan of Joaquin, Jake of Joaquin and Kaylee Risinger of Joaquin; and her nephew Justin Milam of Joaquin.
