He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Sue Butler Sepulvado; his children, Melanie Cowan (Peyton) and Jeff Sepulvado, III (Hannah); his siblings, Craig M. Lawless, Kevin Lawless, Michelle Igo, Rhonda Warner, Yolanda Ebarb and DeAndrea Moore; and his grandson Jeff Sepulvado, IV.
