She is survived by: her husband James Herman Barton, Jr.; her children, Gaye Daw (Jimmy) of Joaquin, James Edward "Butch" Barton (Thereasa) of DeBerry and Dona Wilson (Charles) of DeBerry; her sister Mary Lou Gray of Henderson; and her grandchildren, Chad, Shelly Edgmon, Kraig, Kacy Edgmon, Kristy, Andrew Edmiaston, Charley, Nathan Olson, Josh, Aracely Booth, John Christopher, Leslie Barton, Lauren and Seth Gilmore.
