It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Raymond Harris of DeBerry, Texas, born in Carthage, Texas, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Donly and Dorthy Christine Harris; his sisters, Billie Davis, Mattie Caruthers, Dorothy Collins and Jimmie Nell Lynch; and his son James David Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Harris of DeBerry; his children, Larry Raymond Harris (Carol) of Boyd, Lisa Karen Ware (Byron) and Jennifer Kathryn Grant (Steve) of Albuquerque, NM; his sisters, Martha Milhauser of Longview and Elaine Ross (Dan) of Beckville; his grandchildren, Steven D. Grant, Jr. and Charlotte Grant Choates (Joey); his great grandchildren, Liam Coates, Courtlandt, Ben Grant (Anahi), Sam Grant (Ashley), Bethany Grant, Seth Harris (Rachel), Krista Barber (R. L.), Lauren Black and Katie Pelley (Jared); and also, Naomi, Micah, Nicky Kathryn, Whit, Zaley, Trace, Taryn, Ellie, Ben, Noelle, James and Luke.
