She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill McCoy, Bobbie McCoy, Nell McCoy, John and Wanda Montgomery; and her brother Jason Calvin Montgomery.
She is survived by: her sons, Calvin Lane Montgomery and Brennan Charles Wade Butler; her parents, Steven Montgomery and Jerri Montgomery; her sister Martha Montgomery; her cousins, Mike, Sharay Hicks, Robert Clark and Danny Clark; and her pet Tinkerbell. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
