He was predeceased by: his father Martin L. Stepan; and his grandparents, Delma G. Sharp and Charles Atlas Wall. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy C. Wall Stepan; his daughters, Christine Kelly (Shawon), Julie Henderson (Ron) and Anda Upchurch (Jonathan); his grandson Hudson Kelly; and his brothers, Ray Stepan (Tina) and John Stepan (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
