He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Boen and Dessie Boen (Snider); his sisters, Elaine Boen Barnett and Nancy Boen; his siblings-in-law, Sharyn Boen, James Quinn and Dan Barnett; his nephew Randall Boen; and his niece Monica Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Boen; his children, Donna Boen and Bryan Boen (Maria); his grandchildren, James Morton, Ashley, Jordan Boen (George Tsiaras), Andrew Boen, Joshua Boen and Jacob Boen; his siblings, Shirley Quinn and Jack Boen (Linda); his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Reece, Charlie Ann and Averie Morton; and his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Quinn (Kaye), Melinda Cordova (John), Kenneth Quinn (Betty), Andy Quinn (Janell), Janece Sheetz (Steve) and Jackson Boen (Becky).
