He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mack and Ann Weaver (Bush); and his brother Jerry Tom Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Weaver of De Leon; his daughters, Jennifer Weaver of De Leon and Ashley Weaver of Abilene; his grandchildren, Tayci Weaver and Emory Weaver of De Leon; his brothers, Scott Weaver of Burkburnett, Rusty Weaver (Cecelia) of Gustine and Jeffrey Weaver (Lisa) of Dublin; and his stepmother Geneva Weaver of De Leon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
