With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lynn Auvenshine (De Leon, Texas), born in Gorman, Texas, who passed away on June 17, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbern Lester Auvenshine and Ima Ruby Keith Auvenshine; his siblings, Billy Wayne Auvenshine, Dale Auvenshine, Gary Auvenshine, Sarah Jane Auvenshine and Bobbie Joyce Auvenshine Nelms; and his grandson Colby Lynn Dexter Auvenshine.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Auvenshine (Rhonda), Jason Auvenshine and Becky Koonce (Ben); his grandchildren, Justin Auvenshine, Josh Auvenshine (Kristina), Brittney Stewart (M. J.), Alicia Self (Dustin), Kylie Koonce (Logan Knight), Trey Auvenshine and Dillon Auvenshine; his great grandchildren, Case Stewart, Blakely Stewart, John Auvenshine, Truett Self, Strayleigh Self, Gunner and Ramsey Gardner; and his sisters, Laura Bell Watts and Faye York. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
