She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Plaunty; her son Kenneth Leroy Plaunty; and her parents, Theodore Stone and Shirley Mae Kemper Stone. She is survived by: her children, William E. Plaunty (Baylor) and Caroline M. Pettigrew; her grandchildren, Michael D. Pettigrew, Matthew J. Pettigrew, Silas Gray Plaunty and Ella Faith Plaunty; and her brother Bill Stone (Renata). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
