It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Buddy Jordan of De Leon, Texas, who passed away at the age of 90, on January 4, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Lee Jordan and Dora Pierce Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Faye McDonald; his children, Charles Buddy Jordan Jr. (Peggy), Perry Jordan (Lori) and Sherri Faye Jordan Reed (Stephen Reed); his grandchildren, Samantha Cater, James Jordan, Trey Jordan, Scott Jordan, Lisa Reed, Jodi Sharp, Tanner Jordan and Trevor Jordan; his son Jerry Roland Jordan; and his siblings, Arthur Ross McCord, Jay Lee Jordan, Jr., Robert Carl Jordan (BC), Billie Joe Jordan, Earl Wayne Jordan, Juanita Pauline Jordan Page, George Eugene Jordan (Gene) and John Henry Jordan. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nowlin Anders Funeral Home (340 S Austin St, De Leon, TX 76444). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Treat Riding Program at Tarleton (2101 CR 158, Stephenville 76401) in memory of Buddy.
