He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Holland Hale and Mack Hale; and his siblings, Gerald Hale (Betty Ann Hale), Thurman Hale (Sally) and Nina Beth Joiner.
He is survived by: his children, Michael and Lisa; his family West of Texas; his wife Margie Hale; his brother-in-law Ennis Joiner of Gorman; his children, Olinda Hale of Temple and Royce Corbell of Midland; and his grandchildren, Randy (Melinda Hale), Amy Hale of Temple, Ryan (Andrea Hale), Emily (Matt Denton), Haley (Brandon Maness) and Kyle Corbell of Midland. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
