With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Violet Rose Wilson of De Kalb, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 6, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hooper Anson and Katherine Whitecotton Norris; and her siblings, Harlton Norris, Troy Norris, Ima Lou Richardson and Jannie Porter.
She is survived by: her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Shawnna Wilson of De Kalb, Texas; her grandchildren, Dru Wilson (Alaina) and Sydni Wilson; her great grandchild Whitley Wilson; her son Mike McDonald of New Boston, Texas; her grandson Kevin McDonald (Tonya); her great grandchildren, Mason McDonald and Ayla Thomas; her sisters, Vera (Gene Keechi) and Donna (Roy Sturdivant); and her sister-in-law Vicki Norris of Independence, Kansas. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
