We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2024, at the age of 90, Velma Faye Lewis of De Kalb, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erven Buchanan and Lula Dennington Buchanan; and her husband Donald Edwin Lewis. She is survived by: her daughter Jill; her son-in-law Mark Smith of New Boston, Texas; her son S. Jay Lewis of Dallas, Texas; her grandsons, Brady Woodard (Aimee) and Austin Woodard; and her great grandchildren, Quinnleigh Woodard, Elijah Austin, Halleigh Talley, Everleigh Talley and Hagen Talley. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
