It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Temika Cheathem of De Kalb, Texas, born in Texarkana, Texas, who passed away on May 10, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mary Traylor; and her brother Ronald Glenn Cheathem. She is survived by: her parents, Willie Cheathem, Jr. and Betty Jean Traylor Cheathem of De Kalb, Texas; her son Keundra Cheathem of De Kalb, Texas; her brother-in-law Ray Patterson of Hooks, Texas; her grandchildren, Kobe Cheathem, Chris Evans, Jr., Bryson Evans, Za'Niya Evans and Ricardo Pierce, Jr.; her nieces, Sharenisha Traylor, Jamika Epperson and Betty Epperson; her great-nephew Veanco Colbert, Jr.; her great-niece Mia Epperson; and her uncle Bobby. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
